Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities

  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home


  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction


  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market


  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget


  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close

Qualifications

  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry


  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success


  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills


  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred


  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic, Social Media Manager VA to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for posting Feed on all our Social Media Platforms must know Social Media Marketing Specialist and a Social Media Manager (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok).

Responsibilities


  • Social Media Marketing


  • Social Media Management


  • Social Media Content Creation


  • Social Media Content Scheduling and Posting


  • Manage and update the Content Calendar


  • Social Media Engagement (30 minutes to 1 hour a day)


  • Competitors’ Analysis


  • Hashtag Research


  • Market Research


  • Customer Service


  • Weekly/Monthly Reporting


Qualifications
